The site would probably be better next to the hotel, it closer to town center.
My Respond and Conclusion:
This comment are not applicable to me as i have already justified the site. In my previous presentation in year 5 sem 1, the site that the penal mention i have already analyse too and it is not suitable for this project. The site is near to mosque and school which is not suitable to the surrounding context for entertainment activities. You can refer to my research phase web site to know better on the site.

The scheme for commercial components seems too big, may not be viable.
My Respond and Conclusion:
This comment are valid. The shop area at the cultural square is too big for souvenir stall or local produced product. It will be suitable if it is to be local cafe/restaurant. I will take note on it for the future as for currently that area i will change to become local cuisine cafe/restaurant.

This comment are not valid to me. I have look and search for MRSM campus and it definitely does not looks alike MRSM campus.

My Respond and Conclusion:
I not sure about this. To me i already mention that the main function of this project is entertainment precinct and definition of this entertainment for this project. It is not define as drinking to get drunk. It is define as to provide leisure and entertaining activities, escapism and cultural involvement where it could help tourism industry and eventually boosting economy of Limbang. The complexity of this project is to create and mastering the new idea in entertainment industry where it actually could related and benefit to tourism industry as well as cultural industry. This will changes the definition and planning of entertainment industry into new form of entertainment industry that give more benefit to community and tourist.
