The site is huge. The planning need to be compact.

My Respond and Conclusion :

This comment is valid. The planning arrangement for this development have very huge open space which is not suitable for the purpose activities. The space is not fully utilize when there is no outdoor activities.

Frontage/Entrance of the development need to be reconfigure.

My Respond and Conclusion:

This comment is valid too. The drop off location is not suitable because it will effect the traffic flow and vehicle entrance to the stadium basement parking. This need to be rectified.

Expendable hall to move toward the stadium area which allow to be use as platform for spectator and stage.

My Respond and Conclusion:

This comment are valid too. It solve the issue for the stadium where the stadium currently don't have any proper allocated stage. Besides that, it also making the expendable hall even useful where it can be use as spectator area when there is an sport event.

This comment is neutral. It is because the entire planning need to be redone due to huge open space and it needed to be compact.
