There is a strong interrelation between the tourism sector and the entertainment activities. As tourism providers, the tourism and entertainment industries are related to combined entertainment generating offering to enhance destination attractiveness as shown in Figure 1.

The core tourism offering usually is translated into entertainment which enhances its appeal. For example, at the tourism heritage site, the operand source needs the support of operating sources such as documentaries or films to make it more appealing and marketable.  The entertainment has become the main focus of the tourism industry in Las Vegas and creates an example for other destinations. Besides that, the incorporation of leisure activities such as gambling also helps to improve the attractiveness of the tourism product. In India, cultural entertainment is used as a marketing purpose in its entirety. Tourism and entertainment function together as a significant part of the tourist entertainment industry. As tourism flourishes, a new avenue for entertainment facilities is provided since both industries are interdependent in a mutually beneficial partnership.

Tourism depends on any type of services and activities which provide a final offering to the tourists. The entertainment industry plays a major role in adding to the experience of tourism. It is important for the tourism industry because it provides the essence of tourism compatible with entertainment, such as relaxation, leisure and escape. Leisure is considered fun and relaxing and people have their own different preferences on fun and relaxing activity. As in figure 2, most of the tourist especially youngster which are currently the top percentage of tourist are prefer to have entertainment activities such as club, bar or drinking after whole day visiting tourist destination. Other than that, spa and massage are one of the entertainment that give the tourist a feeling of relaxing holiday. This put a lot of potential benefit in tourist industry where it can attract tourist need and enable them to plan more activities rather than only scenery viewing or visiting.

3) It will add diversification to the current tourism offering, as the city lacks both natural and cultural resources.

Entertainment are importance for the tourism in enhancing the sense of a city destination. First it add diversification to the current tourism offering. This will gain more tourist to come over as more activities are provided in tourist destination. It easy be the choice for tourist as to be their holiday destination. For example as shown in figure 3, in Phuket, Thailand, it is consider has the most beautiful beach and natural resources in Asia and many tourist are attracted to that. But not only that, tourist are also attracted to that place because of entertainment facilities that are providing to them which near to the beach. This will attracting the tourist where they not only enjoy beach but entertainment facilities too as to compare to Pulau Tioman, Malaysia, the tourist only enjoy beach and natural resources. Without entertainment facilities, it will make the tourist destination lack of excitement and relaxation.

Entertainment also will help to preserve natural and cultural resources. Through proper planning and management can contribute to the evolution of tourism by encouraging more investor to develop in tourist destination where those investment can help to preserve natural and sustainability. Not only that, it will encourage local to preserve the cultural value of that destination and become involvement in tourism and entertainment industry. This could create an economy stabilization to that place.

4) Is part of strategy for attracting short-term tourists and make them stay longer and revisiting.

Besides that, it is important to identify why tourists travel and how they choose their holiday destination. The motivation is a very important driving force behind tourist interest. The rules and management for places of public entertainment, it is acknowledged that aesthetic values can affect the tourist satisfaction and experience which will influence their decision in selecting a destination and also revisiting that chosen destination. This implies that architectural and urban design can play an important role in luring tourists to a specific precinct. Iconic entertainment complexes featuring cutting edge innovative design supported by quality public spaces always act as magnets for the tourism sector and significantly contributing to the local economy which also will motivate them to revisit the destination they selected.

Entertainment is also very important strategy for attracting short-term tourists and encouraging them to stay longer. Therefore, it plays the main role in determining tourist loyalty. It has proven that the quality and type of entertainment offered by a specific location will determine tourist experience and satisfaction. Destination performance is the key indicator of tourist satisfaction which stimulates their behaviour and motivates them in recommending and revisiting the place. Therefore, it is important to understand how entertainment influences the role of tourism offering. The form and quality of entertainment are included as part of the tourism package which could impact the decision making by tourists.

1) Incorporation of other leisure activities such as gambling or other negative activity in the form of entertainment will corrupting the local behavior and character.

There are negative impact on implementation of entertainment industry into tourism industry. First of all, if the entertainment activity is gambling or other negative activity will eventually will corrupting the local behavior and character. Without any restriction on gambling entertainment, local will have addiction in gambling and will cause a lot of debt by the local and suffering to survive. Besides that, it will cause decreasing of economy growth due to more citizen are becoming poorer because gambling debt. Other than that, without control of drug usage too also cause corrupting the local behavior and character where the local who are addicted in drug usage will have bad future ahead in their life.

2) Bad entertainment could cause bad reputation to the places.

As relating to negative activity on entertainment, it can cause bad reputation to the places. The tourist has uncomfortable feeling in visiting the tourist destination where it lead them not to come to that places. This is because of fear of unnecessary involvement in crime victim such drug abuse or being robbed due to local behaviour and character has change. This will cause decreasing of tourist to come to that places and has bad review on social media on that tourist destination.

Besides that, noise pollution could be created base on specific entertainment activities such as concert, nightclub or bar which will affect the surrounding environment. Without any proper town planning and regulation of noise, the local will be affected by this situation where they will slowly become unhealthier and not in mood. Not only that, some tourist especially group of family with kids will be affected to that situation too. This will cause many complaint by resident, hotel guest and businesses area. As perception by tourist and businessman to this kind of pollution, they will give bad review to that destination and not even wanted come again to visit and has less interest in doing business at that area. Besides that, the local residence will move out away from that noise location.

4) Cost of entertainment service could be increasing due to high demand from tourist and local.  High living expenses

Another negative impact of entertainment industry in tourism industry is cost of entertainment and ticketing to tourist destination could be increasing. This is because of high demand from tourist and local to enjoy that kind of facilities. This will cause some tourist to be reconsider to come over to that place due to high expenses to spend during holiday. Everything will be increase including hotel, food and transportation. Other than that, the local also suffer in high living expenses.

In conclusion, the combination of entertainment industry and tourism industry has it pros and cons. In order to have proper entertainment industry in tourism industry, it need to have proper town planning and tourist planning with regulation. Not only that, architecture also play a big role to make this better as architecture solution can help to design a better entertainment facilities area and reduce negative impact to the surrounding environment.
