Finalized main design issues and the way forward of producing architectural design solutions and design intentions, check against architecture programming of scheme.
CONTEXTUAL RESPONSE:
Complete site investigations with Site Model and 3D massing, Abiility to demonstrate positive response in Site Planning based in the rigorousness of site investigation.
FINALIZED BUILDING PLAN:
Present fully developed building plan design proposal with integrated technical requirements and conforming to
building regulators, Arch Manifestation Poster. [SoA, All Floor plans, All Elevations, Min. 2 sections, Arch Manifestation Poster, Schematic of Structural, Building Services, Fire Fighting.
PROJECT THESIS DESIGN REPORT:
Second draft of Design Technical report submission – to include studies on MECHANICAL, STRUCTURAL, FIRE FIGHTING &BUILDING ENERGY SIMULATION and POLICY & UBBL COMPLIANCE in the next few chapters.

Floor Plan are very technical. Should explore more complexity design.
My Respond and Conclusion :
This comment are not applicable to me because my design language is toward Sarawak Vernacular Architecture where the arrangement of spaces are more in a grid form and with this kind of floor plan design, it will allow me to design the facade that are reflect to vernacular architecture in modern new design way. Overall floor plan are very functional and comply to authority requirement and safety regulation.

This comment are valid. I have notice my own presentation are not good enough as in the video and live presentation. In my next presentation, i will do powerpoint presentation slide and video presentation are more to be Architecture Video rather then presentation video.

This comment are valid too. During my presentation, i have not explain any design development as i directly present the project spaces and floor plan after explaining Introduction of Limbang, NABC, concept, idea and issue. I will improve on this too for my next interim.

I not sure about this. To me i have include NABC and project detail in the abstract. I will be reviewing back again in my abstract writing.

The design research is too theoretical rather then architecture research.

This comment are not valid to me. This is because the research that i have done are more toward social culture and economy issue and to be resolve in an architecture way.
