DRAFT CONTEXTUAL RESPONSE:

Ability to demonstrate positive response in Site Planning based on rigorous urban and site analysis.

DRAFT BUILDING PLAN/ SPATIAL ORGANISATION/ TECHNICAL STUDY:
To present a draft building plan design proposal with I tegrated Technical reqts & conforming to building regulations.
[SoA, All Floor plans, All Elevations, Min. 2 sections, Arch Manifestation Poster, Schematic of Structural, Building Services, Fire Fighting.

While explaining current situation in Kuala Lurah, please use real image instead of diagram.

In your presentation, you should include creating new center beside old town as it can help to reduce congestion in old town and not jeopardize lively hood of the main center such as the waterfront or existing landmark in town.

The overall strategy on the planning shall mention the current situation of the surrounding context especially the police quarters and government quarters. Then only propose new surrounding development that match your project.

At the conclusion of you presentation, please include the ideology and definition of the Liburan Limbang. It will make your project purpose clearer and avoid confusion of the meaning entertainment as your project entertainment meaning is different and not only for social drinking.
